New Event and Class Policy. Please read and be informed!

The shop is here for all our patrons to enjoy and have fun. That being said, we need to implement a few policies. We love having you take classes with us or come to events. To keep things fair for all please read the following.

Classes:   Classes are to be registered for and paid for by the class or the listed cut off date. If you do not sign up for class, you can not "just drop in" the day of class. Only the class participants are allowed in the back classroom area when classes are being held. This is only fair to the people that have paid for the class. Additional class polices are below.

Events:  This includes Spring Fling, Camp You Gotta Go Stitch and any other event planned. All events need to be signed up and paid for before  the date that will be listed on the event as the "cut off" date.  This is needed because the shop   has a "cut off" date where we have to let the venue know how many people to expect well in advance.  We, as a shop, need to know well in advance so we can do our advanced preparations for the event. We would love to have you come up for part of the event but this must cleared by the shop in advance  so we can plan. There will also be a fee for the day due to the fact that we have to pay for the venue and all the paid participants have paid a fee. This is only fair to everyone! 

Any plans that anyone makes concerning the shop, events etc, all have to go through Nancy and Phyllis in advance. No exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.

The Main Street Stitcher's Garden Class Policies 

The number of students is limited (see individual class for limits) in order to provide you with the individual attention that you deserve from your instructor.  Classes are filled on a first come, first serve basis. You may register in person, by phone or e-mail.  Hurry as theses classes fill up fast!!

Cancellation Policy

 If you register for a class and are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can, 1) Find someone to replace you from the waiting list OR   2) You may purchase the kit from the class if we have enough.

The instructor reserves the right to cancel class if not enough people sign up OR the weather is bad, in which case, the class will be called and the class rescheduled.
